Tracking features include the ability to monitor sets by weight or duration, viewing past entries for each set, utilizing automatic rest timers, incorporating exercises as supersets, gauging intensity with RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), adding notes to workouts and exercises, categorizing sets as warmup, drop-set, or failure, and switching between pounds and kilograms.
The planning capabilities allow you to craft personalized workout templates, select from pre-existing templates, pick from a library of over 290 exercises, and allocate templates to specific days of the week.
In the exercises section, you can add your own exercises, access detailed descriptions and instructions for each exercise, identify targeted muscle groups and required equipment, and use filters or searches based on muscle groups, exercise types, and equipment.
